NOTE: Meeting ROOM Change. The meeting will be held at the Botanical Gardens in the NWTC Landscape Horticultural Classrooms which are located in the building to the immediate right of the main building entrance. There will be signs to help direct you.

EDUCATION TOPIC: Tonight there will be TWO education topics. First up: Have you ever wondered about the impact the location of hives have on honey?  Kaelyn Sumner, BCBA club member, applied for and received a grant to study the “Location Effects on Glucose in Honey” using over 50 honey samples from around the country and one from Canada. Tonight she will be present the findings of her study.

The second presenter will be Slava Strogolov, CEO of Strong Microbials Inc who will share information on SuperDFM – HoneyBee, a natural pro-biotic supplement for bees. Slava will discuss the function of gut microbes in honey bees health, specifically in digestion, immunity and detoxification”
